Bridgeport Mill Machinist: Full-time

  • We are a short-run machine shop. Duties are running a manual Bridgeport, using saw and manual lathe. Must be able to read blueprints, follow instructions, and work unsupervised.

CNC Lathe Machinist: Full-time

  • Set-up and program CNC lathe. We are a short run job shop so set up and programming is very important. 12-20'' chucks large parts at times. Plenty of overtime. Must have own tools and be able to program on a PC associated with each machine. Must be able to use overhead hoists.

CNC Vertical Mill Machinist: Full-time

  • Must have 3 years set-up experience. Must be able to read and follow programs, be able to use overhead hoists, and have own tools. We have VF-4 to VF-12 machines. Skills preferred include a background in programming and knowledge of speeds and feed.

CNC Horizontal Mill Machinist: Full-time

  • Must have 3 years set-up experience. Must be able to read and follow programs, be able to use overhead hoists, and have own tools. We have Makino machining centers & Toshiba boring mills. Skills preferred include a background in programming and knowledge of speeds and feed.

CNC Programmer: Full-time

  • Must have 5 years of programming experience. Job includes creating new setups and programs for Vertical mills, Horizontal mills, & lathes. Must be able to plan machining processes and steps, which includes using the correct tooling and work holding. Should be comfortable with multi-axis (4) milling, Mastercam experience is a plus.

 

Wire EDM: Full-time

  • Must have 5 years of EDM experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with setup & run of wire EDM, knowledge of work holdings of various parts, holding tight tolerances as needed. Mastercam programming experience is a plus but not necessary.

Shop helper/deburring: Full-time

  • Support machining operations through deburring, & hand tapping, Perform polishing, and surface finishing  using hand & power tools on machined parts.

​
