Panther Precision Machine provides general machining, welding and fabrication. With Panther Precision, you know you get the best the electronic interface for CAD files, a dedicated/secure assembly area, rapid turnaround for quotes, short lead times and a new, state-of-the-art quality control system.

Panther Precision Machine specializes in close tolerance machining of a wide variety of materials such as: stainless steel, high strength alloys, aluminum and plastics. With CNC milling capabilities of 12 ft x 30 ft, vertical turning of up to 11 1/2 ft swing and horizontal turning 3 ft by 40 ft between centers – Panther can offer the engineering and processing capabilities to handle your largest parts.

With a 5 ton overhead crane service in all production bays with capacities of up to 20 tons – we have the material handling capabilities to support large projects. We operate an ISO – 9000 compliant quality system providing full traceability of materials, processes and inspection equipment.

Your electronic files can be imported directly, thus saving time and improving accuracy.  Our file converters can handle input from a wide variety of CAD systems.

 

We have a full climate controlled production work area. We have a separate secure

8000 sq ft R&D area available for your prototype development and assembly needs.

This assembly area includes a 10 ton overhead crane plus 800 amp electric service. 

 

Our machinists and engineers are an excellent source for providing feedback of producibility enhancements to your engineers. ​
